Birthday Happy Hour

Yesterday was one of my oldest friends Ella's 22nd birthday. So today a huge group of us went to happy hour at one the yummiest restaurants in Boulder called The Med. We all shared tapas and drank wine to celebrate her birthday right! My favorite tapa of the meal was this yummy salad of cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, pecans, honey, and mint! It is superbly amazing!
